Mariah Carey is currently going by a distinct name these days… particularly if you’re sitting on board the new Walt Disney Fantasy cruise ship. The singing diva has been proclaimed the “Fairy Godmother” of the Fantasy when the revealing of the breathtaking ship happened late last week (Friday, March 2).
Carey stood in conjunction with Disney CEO Bob Iger, Disney Parks and Resorts Chairman Tom Staggs, and after all, Mickey Mouse, as she spoke to those aboard the ship throughout the special ceremony held in ny town.
“I am thus excited to be here,” Carey gushed when being escorted down the staircase by Mickey. “Thank you for inviting me to hitch this wonderful celebration. It means that lots to me to be here to christen the Disney Fantasy.”
As they got prepared for the large countdown and toast to form it official, Carey introduced her husband, Nick Cannon, who was conjointly a part of the celebrating, as he hung with Mickey’s main squeeze, Minnie Mouse.
